Board of Commissioners

Heri Setiawan

President Commissioner

Born in Tanjung Karang on September 24, 1969, Heri began his career as a civil servant on April 24, 1999, as an Officer in the Inventory and Disposal Subdivision II, Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance. He was then promoted to Head of the Storage Development Subdivision on August 2, 2006. On August 31, 2009, Heri was promoted to Head of the Debt Portfolio and Risk Subdirectorate, Directorate General of Debt Management. On November 21, 2018, Heri was promoted to Director of Evaluation, Accounting, and Settlement, Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management, and on September 9, 2019, he was inaugurated as Director of State Financial Risk Management. Heri was appointed as Commissioner of GeoDipa on July 23, 2021.

Purnama T Sianturi

Commissioner

Purnama T Sianturi was born in Dairi on March 10, 1968. He commenced his career as a Civil Service Candidate at the Ministry of Finance on March 1, 1991. Having earned a Bachelor of Laws from Padjadjaran University in 1990, he furthered his studies, obtaining a Master of Humanities from the University of Sumatera Utara in 2002 and a Doctorate from the same institution in 2007.

His distinguished career at the Ministry of Finance included serving as an Auction Officer at the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) in 2002. He was subsequently appointed as the Director of Law and Public Relations in March 2011 and Director of Auctions in January 2012. In September 2015, he assumed the role of Director of State Receivables and Other State Assets and, on June 14, 2019, he was appointed as the Director of State Asset Management and Information Systems at the Directorate General of State Assets. Purnama now brings his extensive experience to Geo Dipa as a Commissioner.

Muhammad Wafid

Independent Commissioner

Wafid has an educational background in earth and planetary sciences, earning a Doctorate from Kyoto University in Japan. He has had a long career at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Indonesia, serving as Head of Geological Survey and Head of the Research and Development Center for Oil and Gas Technology. Currently, he leads the mineral and coal resource development program for the ministry as Director. Additionally, Muhammad Wafid holds the position of Head of the Geological Agency under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Muhammad Wafid currently serves as an Expert Staff in the field of Environmental Affairs and Spatial Planning, as well as the Acting Head of the Geological Agency under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Yudistian Yunis

President Director

Joining PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) as a Member of the Board of Directors on April 7, 2022, Yudistian Yunis earned a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Trisakti University in 1985 and a Master's degree in Engineering from University Tenaga Nasional, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2004. He began his career as an employee at PT PLN (Persero) Engineering Services in 1994. In 2011, he served as Manager of Exploration & Production at PT PLN Geothermal. In 2016, he became a Senior Geothermal Energy Specialist in the New and Renewable Energy Division at PT PLN (Persero) Headquarters. Before joining PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero), he served as Director of Operations at PT PLN Gas & Geothermal since 2018.

Hanif Osman

Director of Finance, Risk Management & General Affairs

Hanif Osman, commonly known as Hanif, was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) on April 7, 2022. He has served as Finance Director since November 2020. Before joining PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero), Hanif began his career at PT Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Persero) – Bapindo, which later merged to become PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), with his last position being Vice President in 2017. He then continued his career at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) with his last position as Senior Vice President.

 

Hanif graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Accounting at Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh and pursued a Master's in Management with a focus on Financial Management at Sriwijaya University in Palembang.

Supriadinata Marza

Director of Operations & HSSE

Rio, as he is commonly known, has extensive experience in both upstream and downstream geothermal areas such as Kamojang, Gunung Salak, Darajat, Tangkuban Parahu, Dieng, and Patuha. Supriadinata Marza holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brawijaya University, obtained in 1995. He later earned a Master's degree in Geothermal Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 2008.

 

He began his career as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer for Geothermal Power Plants at PT Indonesia Power in 2002 and later worked in Business and Development in 2010. He joined PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) in 2012 as an Operation Manager and served as General Manager of the Dieng Unit in 2014 and General Manager of the Patuha Unit in 2017. Rio has been the Project General Manager of Dieng Unit 2 and Patuha Unit 2 since 2019 before being appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) on April 7, 2022.

Ilen Kardani

Director of Business Development & Exploration

Ilen Kardani graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1994 as a Petroleum Engineer. His entire career has been spent in the energy sector, both domestically and internationally. He began working at Schlumberger D&M (formerly Anadrill) with a short assignment as an MWD Engineer.

 

His main expertise is in Directional Drilling Services, spending 10 years in the field before moving on to roles as DD Coordinator, FSM (DD/MWD/LWD), DD Operations Leader, and Business Development. Ilen Kardani has been extensively involved in various drilling fields, including offshore drilling, onshore drilling, swamp drilling, geothermal drilling, casing drilling, multilateral drilling, HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature), deepwater drilling, and coiled tubing drilling.

 

Ilen's international assignments include a posting in Kuala Lumpur in 2001 to support Petronas operations, followed by assignments in Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak, and Sabah. Before serving as Director of Development and Exploration, Ilen was entrusted with the position of General Manager of the Patuha Unit.
