Next Step
In accordance to the Selection Based on Consultants’ Qualifications (CQS) method as stipulated in the Procurement provisions for World Bank-funded projects in the Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, revised July 2014). The Request for Proposal (RfP), along with the Term of Reference, will be sent to the firm ranked first in the shortlist. In the event that the first-ranked firm withdraws, or an agreement is not reached during negotiations, the RfP will be sent to the firm ranked second in the shortlist, and so on. Contract Award Notice will be announced separately. Other Provisions The shortlisted consultant is announced at the PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero)’s sole and absolute discretion and we’re not required to provide any explanation regarding this matter.
